The hotel offers clean and modern rooms with a secure car park, ideal for families. The location is excellent for local amenities and a short distance from Cleethorpe beachfront. The dining experience is satisfactory with a good selection at the cold buffet but limited choices. Service is efficient, and the center of Grimsby is easily accessible from the hotel.
Despite it being a bank holiday and very busy with a lot of families, the hotel was clean, with a powerful shower, and modern bathroom. The rooms could get a bit stuffy if the windows are not opened, requiring the air-con to keep them fresh.
The hotel rooms are very modern and have everything you would need, but there was a delay in preparing the sofa bed for the kids. The service, including dry cleaning, was excellent. The location is great for visits to friends and relations but lacks diverse dining options nearby. The facilities were good overall.
